INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION PLAN

What I believe is diets don’t work! Diet fad diets are just that; fads. They may work for some people for a short amount of time, but it’s been proven time and time again that these diets fail us in the long run, often discouraging us from starting again.

With this program you will get a fully customized nutrition plan based on your individual body and tailored to your unique lifestyle to address your specific needs, goals and desires when it comes to diet and nutrition.

We will start with simple yet powerful action steps to integrate into your life that will lead to lasting transformation using a practical and sustainable nutrition plan.

 

ACCOUNTIBILITY & SUPPORT

Many people know what they should be doing to get their health back on track, but the test is in the action. In order to be successful in achieving your health goals, you need someone who is on your side, guiding, supporting and holding you accountable to keep you on track so that you can fully experience what it feels like to succeed and finally feel better.

You will receive 12 one-on-one coaching and accountability sessions. In these sessions we will uncover what exactly you desire and create your personalized plan and timeline to improve your gut health so that you can fully live your life!

We will meet by zoom every 2 weeks, for 55-minutes.

In addition, you will have email and tec support when you need it (within business hours).

 

MINDET TRAINING

We will discuss what your current mindset around food and lifestyle is and how it may be hindering your ability to be your healthiest self. We will pinpoint areas that may need adjusting and you will learn simple tricks and techniques for you to begin shifting to a new, more positive state of mind to overcome emotional, habitual and mind-less eating.

MOVEMENT PRACTICE

Movement and exercise is a very important part of having a healthy, holistic body and lifestyle. Not everyone likes to exercise in the same way. There are so many fun and easy ways to move your body every day. We will work together to find a movement practice that you will ENJOY and that will get you back on track. 

 

DETOX AND LYMPHATIC HEALTH

Another key to success is learning what areas in your life could use a detox. We will discuss and take action to detox your body and mind by examining what you put into your body, what you put on your body and what environmental factors may be wreaking havoc in your system. 

You will learn about your lymphatic system and how it plays a major role in your overall body health, and you will discover simple steps to improve its function.

 

STRESS MANAGEMENT & LIFE BALANCE 

There are many life factors that can affect our health and digestion. Stress is something that can inhibit our ability to become our healthiest selves. That’s why I include stress management techniques in the program to help reset your system so that you can improve your digestive issues on a deeper level.

In addition, after we uncover the other areas of your life that may be out of balance, such as work, relationships, home environment and more, we can begin to implement strategies to improve what is not currently working so that you experience true holistic balance and well-being.
